THE SOCIAL PROJECT

 

 

These educational and musical projects are the hope of hundreds of children and young people in marginal regions to reach through music personal and professional fulfillment. Our project will work collaboratively with local stakeholders in the education and training of the local teachers and musicians. Inserting ourselves directly in programs, we work in parallel with children and young musicians sharing our experience and strengthening their training through workshops and courses. Through the partnership with the local authority, we will monitor and manage educational programs and expansion projects and dissemination system.

In the past, the mission of art was a matter of minorities for minorities, then became a matter of minorities to the majority. Now it is of the majority for the majority, and an important feature for the formation of the individual that allows us to integrate into society in a productive way.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Create a SOCIAL MUSIC FESTIVAL: a project of social and musical promotion in which children, youth and local artists in social exclusion can find a space to present their art and also receive teacher training in their respective areas. An art project, education, social insertion and retrieval of the local artistic heritage.

 

Social Music Festival is a project that primarily functions as a network seeking to welcome those who are outside the local artistic framework, placing them on stage and in dialogue with recognized artists from the local and international scene. The Festival wants to be also a space for dialogue and cooperation at  institutional level, to able the institutions to carry out different social, cultural and educational tasks within a large project. THis project is possible as a result of community collaboration as none of these institutions would be able to take full arrangement thereof on their backs.

The network of institutional collaboration that have tended nutridamente covers four areas of work (SOCIAL - MUSICAL - ACADEMIC / EDUCATIONAL - HISTORY). We have the necessary partners to relevant tasks are carried out in time and form, thereby ensuring the success of the project.
